To be a good leader

Today, shuai told me that I was not a good leader. I admit. He said when we were overconfident about ourselves, I just didn't stand out to point out our mistakes. I was their line, which is accountable to get them together. I really think that I didn't do a good job about the last competition. I am grad that shuai pointed out my mistakes which I always avoided. I do notice about that circumstance, but I just keep silent and let it go. From now on, I think I will try my best to lead this team!
