In my opinion, I think 'Influence' impressed me most for the way it explains the method. 'Escape from multinational company' show me a different perspective of multinational company, and left me some concerns about joining the multinational company after graduation. There exists the invisible ceiling which confines you to the management. I think I am a bit ambitious, so I have to take this into consideration. The book shows the nicer trend of our local company at the same time and encourages the readers to join them. And about the 'Chasing Daylight', as I wrote before, it changes my schedule, life style, and some inner things. I was 'forced' to walk around the Central Lake to embrace the nature.
Today I finish the 'Lala's promotion'. It's a novel like 'Escape from mutinational company', but this book is some kind like inspiring up( I don't know how to describe^_^). It's about a common lady's surviving in a multinational company. She got promotion all because her high EQ and the way she deals with people. At last, it's a happy ending as well. It really attracts me. Every time I drop it and turn to study, I cannot help to think about the story. So this 2 days my work efficiency is pretty low all because this book! Forget it!
Now I have to turn to study about the competition's case, because tomorrow night, we make an appointment with our direct teacher to talk about our competition. We have to know about the schedule, direction, information, ect.
In the Lala's promotion, I also learn about the SMART and SOP principle, which will help me a lot. At the same time, I should learn how to describe what I've done with STAR principle, which is not only necessary for interview, but also useful for my future development.
Maybe in the following several months I don't have enough time to read the book I like for the preparation of the competition. Now I will try my best to read more!
